The B.A programme in Linguistics is a three year course for Direct Entry students and four year via UTME. Candidates for admission into the UTME programme shall satisfy the faculty and University admissions requirements. Direct Entry candidates with IJMB NCE and GCE A level in relevant subjects (any Nigerian Language plus one Faculty subject) can be admitted. Candidates with OND must obtain a minimum of upper credit in relevant subjects. In addition to these, candidates seeking admission for both UTME and Direct Entry must have passed any Nigerian Languages at credit level plus a credit in English at SSCE/GCE or NECO.
